These terms apply to your use of strategohub.com.au and the Stratego Traffic Nodes™ operated by Motorhoming Australia Pty Ltd trading as Stratego Hub (ABN 76 702 206 095) (“Stratego Hub”, “we”, “us”). By using these sites you agree to them.
Directory information
Listings are supplied by businesses or drawn from public sources. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current, and a listing is not an endorsement. Check prices, availability, licences and suitability with the business before you buy or book.
Listed businesses
- You must have the right to list the business and must keep your details accurate.
- You are responsible for the content you supply, including logos and photos, and for how you deal with enquiries.
- We can edit, hold or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or breach these terms.
- Paid memberships, placements and lead services are governed by the order or agreement you accept when you sign up. Enquiry and lead volumes are not guaranteed.
Using the sites
Don’t copy, scrape or resell the directory, interfere with the sites, or send false enquiries. Site content, design and the Stratego Traffic Nodes™ name belong to us or our licensors.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the sites or from dealings between customers and listed businesses.
