Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Motorhoming Australia Pty Ltd trading as Stratego Hub (ABN 76 702 206 095) (“Stratego Hub”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through strategohub.com.au, the Stratego Hub business dashboard, and the Stratego Traffic Nodes™ that display Stratego Hub listings. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, business name, email, phone number and the message you send us.
  • Business listings: details a business gives us or that are publicly available, such as business name, ABN, address, service areas, contact details, opening hours, logos and photos, and the name and email of the person who manages the listing.
  • Enquiries sent through a Traffic Node: the details a customer enters when contacting a listed business (for example name, email, phone, message and the page they were on).
  • Usage information: pages viewed and clicks on listings (website, phone, email, directions and booking), and, if analytics is switched on, information collected by Google Analytics through cookies.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide our services.
  • To publish and manage business listings across the Stratego Hub directory and the Traffic Nodes.
  • To pass customer enquiries to the business or businesses they were sent to.
  • To show listed businesses how their listing is performing.
  • To run, secure and improve our websites.

We do not sell personal information and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

  • Listed businesses receive the enquiries addressed to them.
  • Related businesses in our group (Stratego Marketing, Motorhoming Australia, Travel Reach Media and Road Reach Media), where needed to deliver a service you asked for.
  • Service providers that host our websites, send email and provide analytics. Some of these may store information outside Australia.
  • Anyone we are required or authorised to share it with by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to remove a listing, by emailing hello@strategohub.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
