Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Most businesses start with a free listing. Upgrade from your business dashboard or ask us, and your listing, history and leads stay exactly as they are.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Paid memberships have no lock-in contract.
How much do paid memberships cost?
Choose a membership and tell us about your business. We'll confirm the price for your categories and area before anything is charged.
How does verification work?
We check that your business is real and that the details on your listing are right, such as your ABN, location or service area and contact details. If we need anything else we'll ask. The badge appears once we've confirmed it.
My business is already listed. What do I do?
Send us your details using the form on List your business and say it's already listed. We'll confirm it's yours, give you a dashboard login and update the listing.
How many categories can I be in?
As many as you genuinely serve, on every membership. You have one profile, and it appears in each of those categories and on their nodes.
